Fitness check in 2017-04-03
Well, I was feeling pretty good about my weight until this morning. I had some low scale readings late last week. About 2-3 lbs down.
Unfortunately, this morning I was right back up. Sigh
Activity last week:
- 54,209 total steps (up a little)
- Core on Thursday
- Ran on Tuesday
- Hit 10k steps twice (Tues, Sat). Same as last week
I think I managed some reduced meals last week. There were a few work days where I stayed in and ate leftovers or something, which is generally less food that I'd get at a restaurant.
I guess the weekend killed it. Maybe the extra food at the event on Saturday, maybe the missed sleep. Maybe going out for dinner Sunday …
