Well, I was feeling pretty good about my weight until this morning. I had some low scale readings late last week. About 2-3 lbs down.
Unfortunately, this morning I was right back up. Sigh
Activity last week:
- 54,209 total steps (up a little)
- Core on Thursday
- Ran on Tuesday
- Hit 10k steps twice (Tues, Sat). Same as last week
I think I managed some reduced meals last week. There were a few work days where I stayed in and ate leftovers or something, which is generally less food that I'd get at a restaurant.
I guess the weekend killed it. Maybe the extra food at the event on Saturday, maybe the missed sleep. Maybe going out for dinner Sunday without getting much activity during the day.
Or maybe it was a blip and my weight willbe back down tomorrow.
