Ok, so I told myself I'd blog about my fitness routine, such as it is.
Activity last week:
- 51,288 total steps
- Core on Thursday
- Ran 2 miles on Monday
- Hit 10k steps on two days (Mon, Sun)
Overall not a great week, but at least I got a run in, and didn't miss core.
My weight is as high as it's been in years. I gained about ten pounds over the winter and I'm not seeing any decline yet. It has at least leveled off. I guess that's something.
Trendweight suggests my lean mass is about 2 lbs up, so it least it isn't all fat gain. Then again, that's based on bioimpedance data, so many grains of salt...
